All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty.

You can come and exchange or have your jewelry repaired free of charge as long as it is still under warranty, upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from daily wear, oxidation that may occur over time when the jewelry is frequently in contact with humid areas, or jewelry that has suffered damage due to abnormal use or intentional modification.

If your jewelry is no longer under warranty, we like the idea of ​​being able to repair them at minimal cost so that we all benefit.
Here are the prices:

Bonding : The rod to be glued has come unglued, or a piece of metal has come unglued from the plexiglass.
If you still have the pieces to glue back together: 5 euros
If you have lost the part and we need to provide you with another one: 10 euros

Welding : A rod or ring has come loose: between 10 and 15 euros depending on the model

Re-gilding: We offer regilding services for some of your pieces; please do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized quote.

The processing time for a part varies from one to two weeks.

The response time for the appraisal of a piece of jewelry from another brand can take up to a week.
