Good news! We ship worldwide from our workshop in Paris.

What is the status of my order?

Our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our workshops to guarantee high-quality, ethically produced pieces. We process orders as quickly as possible, depending on availability. Some items ship within 2-3 days, while others take 1-2 weeks.

For orders containing multiple items, we prefer to ship them together once all items are ready. If you would like to receive certain products more quickly or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email at hellohelmut@gmail.com .

What are the different delivery options for France?

We offer 4 delivery methods:

Standard delivery : €5 / delivery between 2 and 5 business days. Parcels are sent via tracked mail. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please let us know if you need your order urgently.

Delivery to a pickup point : €4.50 / Delivery within 3 to 5 days with Mondial Relay. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please let us know if you need your order urgently.

Fast delivery : €20 / 24-hour delivery Monday to Friday. Parcels are sent via Chronopost. For any order placed before 12:30 PM, Chronopost will deliver the next day between 12 PM and 1 PM. If you choose this option, please send an email to hellohelmut@gmail.com

Courier service within Paris city limits : €25 / same-day delivery Monday to Friday. If you choose this option, please send an email to hellohelmut@gmail.com

How does the in-store pickup option work?

Dear Parisian friends, you can now pick up your online order directly at the Mamamushi boutique, located at 28 Rue du Château d'Eau, 75011 Paris . Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it is available for in-store pickup.

Collection period : We allow you a maximum of 6 months to collect your order in store, starting from the date you receive the availability confirmation email. After this period, if we haven't heard from you, we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned.

Order non-collection : If, after 6 months, the order has not been collected and no arrangements have been made with our team, it will be cancelled. The products will be returned to our stock, and a credit note may be issued, in accordance with our return policy and any specific terms and conditions of your order.

What are the rates for international shipments?

Worldwide shipping is available!

ZONE 1 : €7: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

ZONE 2 : €10: Rest of the word

UNITED KINGDOM : €20

For countries outside Europe, any additional taxes that may be applied at customs remain your responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return a piece of jewelry purchased on our website?

Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, regardless of your location. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage.

Upon receipt of your package at our offices, you will be directly refunded to the bank account used for payment (maximum delay of 10 working days).

What are the return conditions?

Our jewelry is handcrafted with great care. However, if you notice a manufacturing defect, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your package.

All returned items must be:

  • Not worn
  • Not used
  • In perfect condition (without cracks, stains, deformations, etc.)
  • In their original size
  • In their original packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent; returns sent in unprotected envelopes will not be accepted.
